Therapy Room Rental Rates

​

We have two price options.  If you are a Temple Associate member or a non profit organization, you get discounts on rental fees.  Please click here for Associate membership guideline and yearly donation.

Part -Time & Full-Time Rental, Furnished  (SUN and Moon Room)

 

All rental arrangements include waiting area and free utilities, drinking water for you and

your clients. The rooms are furnished with massage tables and conversational furniture to

accommodate both body workers and consultants. 

 

Janitorial is a group effort, with everyone being conscious about leaving the room

cleaner than it was found.  From time to time take a minute to dust or vacuum and

empty waste can. Bathroom and waiting room maintenance and cleaning

are provided by Temple KUKURI. 

 

All hourly rental reservations for therapy rooms come with a complimentary grace

period 15 minutes prior and 15 minutes after each reservation for set-up/centering

and clean-up. One hour minimum rental is required for all the rooms.

You are required to have your own business license, insurance and appropriate

state/county license in order to rent a space.

Part-time Rental (with month to month contract)

One day per week – $140/month (Associate), $180/month (non-Associate)

Two days per week – $240/month (Associate), $280/month (non-Associate)

Three days per week – $340/month (Associate), $380/month (non-Associate)

Four Days per week - $400/month (Associate), $440/month (non-Associate)

Hourly Rental 

$25/60 min (Associate), $30/60 min (non-Associate)

$12/30 min thereafter (Associate), $15/30min thereafter (non-Associate)

$150/day (Associate), $180/day (non-Associate) (can be used for up to 12 hours)

​For part-time and hourly rental, to qualify for Associate pricing, either a yearly suggested donation of $50 is required. The Associate status will get you the ability to reserve your space at Associate discounted rates and you can also receive benefits which include a discount for therapies, KUKURI offered classes, workshops, and other KUKURI offered products and services.   Reservations are based on availability. Twenty four (24) hour notice for change or cancellation is required.  Cancellations and changes that are made less than twenty (24) hours prior to the reserved time will incur 100% of the rental fee.

 

Full Time Rental  (One year contract required)

Available Monday to Friday. (Some night hours are not available (depends on the class schedule in the studio) and some weekends are available upon request.) 

$420/month (Associate*)

$400/month when the rent is paid by the 25th of each month. (Associate)

Refundable Deposit of $200 is required.

$100 yearly donation is required for full time therapist to rent a room. You will have

MOON Associate membership*.   30 day notice for cancellation is required. 

 

 

Sanctuary / Studio / Workshop Rental Rates

Sanctuary/Studio Rental 

$30/60 min (Associate), $35/60min (non-Associate)

$15/30 min thereafter (Associate), $17/30min thereafter (non-Associate)

$170/day (Associate), $200/day (non-Associate) (can be used for up to 12 hours)

 

You can become an Instructor Associate if you can provide the following:
- Regular classes (at least once a month)

- Discounted fee for Temple Associates (For example, a dance class fee: $12/drop-in (Associate), $15/drop-in (non-Associate), $60/6 classes (Associate), $75/6 classes (non-Associate)
- Complimentary classes for Temple Staff or full-time therapists and other Instructor Associates.

Instructor Associates can rent space at Associate discounted rates and can take any KUKURI approved classes free of charge. They can also receive benefits which include a discount for therapies, workshops, and other KUKURI offered products and services. You will also have a presence on our website.  $15 non-refundable fee is required for your own key.

 

If you are renting for your group, for a one-time workshop or for yourself and would like a discounted rental rate, please become an Associate. (Minimum yearly suggested donation of $50. Please read about the Temple Associate  program.)

 

One hour minimum rental is required. There are 15 minutes each complementary grace times before and after your reserved time. If you need more than 15 minutes to set up and clean up  please add extra time in to your reserved time.  Reservations are based on availability. Forty eight (48) hour notice for change or cancellation is required.  Cancellations and changes that are made less than forty eight (48) hours prior to the reserved time will incur 100% of the rental fee.
