Scholarship Volunteer Associate Program (STAR Associate Benefit)

This program is currently only available to individuals who have been Associate members for at least one year. You can become an STAR Associate by volunteering. We will assign specific times and tasks for your volunteer work.​

• One three (3) hour or more shift of your time as volunteer at one of these Temple events and classes: Please contact us for current events you can volunteer.

Temple KUKURI Staff Program (MOON Associate Benefit + Complementary Classes)

This position is only available for current Associate members.  We are looking for committed temple volunteer staff. This staff is entitled to be a MOON Associate and can attend selected classes of Temple KUKURI free of charge. This position requires a 6-month commitment with 30-day notice to begin. There are currently two specific positions:
 

Volunteer and Associate Coordinator: Working on your own time, from your location. 

• Manage schedule for scholarship volunteer Associates and Temple volunteers (using an online calendar)

• Keep track of scholarship volunteers’ time

• List volunteer tasks needed to be done around the temple and for events.

• Temple cleaning and/or

• FB and website management
