Red MISO workshop

We are making Japanese red miso in  a big batch.  Please come and join our community miso making.  You will get your own jar (1pt) of miso in a year.

​

What to bring: apron, potato musher(if you have one), a large bowl and a healthy dish to share.

​

12pm -2pm: cooking beans and community potluck

2pm-4pm: miso making

​
