Ticket includes organic Japanese light meal and drink.
We have 25 folding chairs. If you have your own comfortable chair, please bring it.
About the movie:
In Miso Hungry -the effortless Japanese diet-, Craig Anderson sets out on a dieting experiment toward better health by eating nothing but traditional Japanese cooking for 12 weeks. Through a series of scenarios filled with culinary secrets and cultural chaos, Craig investigates how the traditional Japanese diet, results in the Japanese population being the healthiest and longest-living people on the planet.
Volunteer opportunity: volunteer staff will receive complementary tickets, foods and Temple KUKURI's Associate membership.
Food volunteer: we are looking for food prep volunteers(approximately 4pm to 6:30pm) who are interested in learning how to make Japanese foods and food servers (approximately 5:30pm to 7pm and 8:30 to 9pm).
Set up/clean up staff: 5pm to 6pm and 9pm to 10pm.
Receptionist: 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Welcoming guests and taking donations from them at the entrance.
