Temple KUKURI Event Participation and Day Membership Agreement

Temple KUKURI is a religious nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The event for which this ticket is purchased is a religious gathering conducted as part of Temple Kukuri's spiritual mission and religious practices. Participation may include sacred tea ceremony observances, blessings, teachings, rituals, fellowship, and the sharing of food and refreshments as an integral part of the religious experience.

Day Membership

Participation in Temple KUKURI religious activities is limited to members and invited guests acting as temporary members for the duration of the event.​

Any individual who is not already a member of Temple KUKURI shall automatically become a Day Member upon purchasing an event ticket. Day Membership is granted solely for participation in the event and expires at the conclusion of the event.

 

Sacred Tea Ceremony and Religious Observance

The tea ceremony, together with any food and refreshments provided, is offered as part of Temple Kukuri's religious observances and sacred communal activities. Food and refreshments are not offered as a separate commercial sale, but as an integral component of participation in the ceremony and related religious activities.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge and respect the religious nature of the ceremony and agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values and practices of Temple KUKURI.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser and attendee:

• Accept Day Membership in Temple KUKURI for the duration of the event if not already a member;

• Acknowledge that the event is a religious gathering and that the tea ceremony, food, and refreshments are part of Temple KUKURI's sacred religious activities;

• Agree to abide by Temple KUKURI's rules, customs, and standards of conduct; and

• Agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Agreement Through Ticket Purchase

The purchase of an event ticket constitutes the attendee's acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement. No separate membership application, signature, or additional acceptance is required.
